Summary: I couldn't find the staff when checking in. I called the number on the front desk and no answer. I just sat and waited. Employee eventually showed up. Toilet was broken in room and went back to lobby to report the handle was broken and couldn't flush it. Employee was gone again and no answer on the phone number on the counter to call when not staffed. Breakfast starts late at 7:30 and I was gone by then. I've stayed here many times and it's getting worse. Oh, hot tub is not very hot but pool was comfortable.
